South Carolina has basically run out of money, so the Governor, the braintrust he is, decides to cut all disability programs. Not some, but all. Leaving the state more vulnerable to a trickle down effect: No programs, parents can't work, they can't pay mortgages,etc...economy gets worst. And let me remind you, he was one of the Governors who refused stimulus monies for his state. Kind of like cutting off your nose to spite your face. Now the most vulnerable are affected.
Pay attention: Barbour,Jindal, Otter, and Perry! This too can be your State's fate.
Caution: Ego outweighs judgement.
