As the Mid-term elections draws near(Nov.17 for Floridians), I've noticed that the gas prices are going down. I wouldn't be such a conspiracy theorist if the prices starting going down like in Aug. Floridian's have been paying tripple their usual gas prices since Ivan hit back in Sept. of 2004; so now the govt. wants to lower our gas prices? Thanks, but I my mind about our govt. hasn't changed.
Oh well, we'll see what happens.

I was saying the same thing, gas prices going down now all of a sudden? Don't think so, they know the elections are coming near.

I was thinking this same exact thing. A political act to make voters come out to the polls...
If they want my vote, they need to do something for the other 3 1/2 years they are in office. Six months before elections hardly counts for anything.
